Ernest and his family own a group of companies under the Engeocom brand. The brand was founded by his late father, Mikhail Rudyak. The Engeocom brand is one of the largest real estate development and construction companies in the Russian Federation.

With Mikhail Rudyak’s passing, Ernest and his family developed a charity in their fathers name. The Mikhail Rudyak Foundation is a non profit organization designed to promote activities in the field of education, science, culture, art, education, and spiritual development of Mikhail Rudyak. Some of the projects they are taking part in is the development of the Moscow theater “Courage”, reconstruction of the shelter “Jauza”, development of long-term scholarship programs at Moscow State University, and many other projects.

Another project Ernest has been involved in is Mopro. Mopro is the first all-in-one digital media package designed expressly for local businesses. Mopro doesn’t just develop a website for you, they build your entire digital presence. Ernest got involved in Mopro a long time ago, when it was a different company altogether called InTheMo. Ernest met Cary Levine, the founder, and started with the phrase that there is no chance he will invest in a startup IT company. Throughout his conversation with Cary, his opinion changed, and mostly because he could see the passion with which Cary spoke about his company. Throughout the years he’s become the largest investor in the company, and Cary and himself are now equal partners. In fact he believes it has been close to 7 years since he invested, and as a result he’s been involved in the company longer than most of the employees or investors other than Cary. Some of the biggest brands Mopro has worked with include Chobani, Nature Valley, and Heineken. To learn more about Mopro visit their website here or watch this video below.
